I called to schedule my appointment for my son's leg and was later contacted by an after-hours service for Atrium. An appointment was scheduled for the first available date, and I went in at the time and date I was told to go to. I went to the scheduled appointment and had taken time from work to do so. Long story short... the woman at the front desk was rude, basically accused me of deleting text messages for the appointment, and told me the doctors had to pick up his kids and couldn't stay. I filed a complaint, later spoke to the manager of that location, and she pretty much sided with her employee. Then they pretty much sent me a letter stating that if I miss more appointments, they will not accept me at their location anymore. Mind you, I have never missed an appointment with them prior. They followed up with sending me multiple text messages about a bill, but I didn't receive these prior. Yet they couldn't text me about a missed appointment that I wasn't aware of. I was also told by a former atrium employee that certain procedures weren't followed. They are bullies and very unprofessional. It's clear it could have been a possible error on their end, but instead, I was penalized for their mistake. The situation could have been handled way better.

The Dr was awesome !! I have a 5 year old who needed a finger prick for school the nurse who took the blood was soo amazing. She was talking and playing and he never even notified when she picked him. Once he noticed she was getting blood she redirected his attention again. And then it was over. The Dr. the same friendly very interactive with him. I would recommend to everyone

Dr. Gracie Crowder was recommended to me when I had my first baby and she has exceeded all expectations. Not only is she compassionate and so friendly, she is so understanding and encouraging. I tell my husband that I love taking our baby to the doctor because I get to hear someone else brag about how special she is! Couldn’t ask for a better doctor for our sweet angel.

Im so glad we found this office and the staff. My daughter does not panic any more going to the dr. They listen and show so much compassion. My only complaint is the process of making an appointment. Best bet is to use the app or website once you've opened a My atrium profile for your child. Because when you call its like some call center who knows nothing. It frustrates me so bad.

Dr. Michelle Calabro has been our pediatrician since discharge from birth and now. She is a very warm, friendly, kind, and attentive doctor. I feel completely comfortable with her, and enjoy her information along the way. She is a very smart and compassionate provider and I hope we can maintain her for as long as possible. Especially for questions, concerns, and milestone expectations. If you have the option, choose her.
